Order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint and denying plaintiffs’ cross motion for summary judgment and judgment on the pleadings, and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Close, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Lewis and Aldrich, JJ.
