S.T. v. State
789 So. 2d 1203, 2001 Fla. App. LEXIS 9792, 2001 WL 803164
Opinion
We affirm S.T.’s adjudication of battery but remand for the correction of the disposition order. The order should specify that S.T.’s commitment may run no longer than one year. See L.W.G. v. State, 785 So.2d 696 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001); §§ 784.03(1), 775.082(4), Fla. Stat. (1999).
[1204] AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED and REMANDED for correction of disposition order.
