Confession of Error

S.S., a juvenile, appeals from orders finding that S.S. committed the crime of resisting an officer without violence, withholding adjudication, and placing S.S. on probation. Pursuant to the State’s proper confession of error, we reverse and remand with directions to enter a judgment of dismissal. See O.B. v. State, 36 So.3d 784 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010).
