LATTIMORE, J.

• Conviction for transporting intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary.

We find in the record no statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment, the judgment, and sentence appear in conformity, with láw.

The judgment will be affirmed.
