Spencer v. Luckenbach Gulf Steamship Co.

314 U.S. 692, 62 S. Ct. 364
Supreme Court of the United States·Decided December 15, 1941·No. No. 554·Published

Opinion

On petition for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of Louisiana.

Petitioners’ motion to file a narrative form of testimony in lieu of questions and answers is denied for the reason that the Court, upon examination of all the papers submitted, finds no ground upon which a writ of certiorari should be issued. The petition for a writ of certiorari is therefore also denied.
