ADAMS, Justice.

Based upon this Court’s holding in Holloway v. City of Dothan, 497 So.2d 854 (Ala.1986), the summary judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County is due to be, and hereby is, affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
