Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Judgment modified, so as to provide that there be paid out of the fundi to the appellants, Mary Jane Beadle and Ira E. Huie, the sum of $198.50, dues and assessments paid by them to the association upon the certificate, and also to the defendant Ira E. Huie the sum of $500 as beneficiary under the original policy or certificate, and the remainder of the $2,000 to the plaintiff, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
