Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the plaintiff was not in the employ of the defendant, as the first negotiation was ended, and the plaintiff did not procure the exchange. Woodward, Hooker, Gaynor, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
