Opinion

Atkinson, J.

All the assignments of error, except that the' verdict, was contrary to law and evidence, having been withdrawn, and. there being sufficient evidence to support the verdict, this court will not overrule the discretion of the trial judge in denying a. new trial. Judgment affirmed.
