Transportation of airplane landing mats. On a memorandum report of the commissioner stating that the parties, at a pretrial conference had reached agreement on the basis-of the court’s decision in The Western Pacific Railroad Company v. United States, 137 C. Cls. 394, it was ordered that, judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $46,472.75.
