For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Gerald Romero v. General Accident Fire and Life Assurance Corporation (La.App., 3 Cir., 1967), 199 So.2d 607, decided this date, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed, all costs of this appeal being assessed against plaintiff-appellant.
