AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

The prior judgment of this court, 603 So.2d 1034, has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. 603 So.2d 1036 (Ala.1992). On remand to this court, this case is now reversed and remanded to the trial court for consideration in light of the fraud defense established in the supreme court’s opinion of June 26, 1992.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
