Order granting plaintiff’s motion for alimony pendente lite, and directing the Sun Indemnity Insurance Company of New York to pay to plaintiff out of the funds due the defendant upon his compensation award the sum of five dollars per week, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
