Action to compel defendants to remove portions of a garage building erected in violation of restrictions, covenants and an ordinance. Defendants appeal from an order denying a motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Ho opinion. Johnston, Acting P. J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
