PER CURIAM.

We reverse as to the amount of the final judgment. The trial judge failed to credit appellant with the $2,900 from the sale of the leased musical instruments. We affirm as to all remaining issues.

Accordingly, we remand with directions to reduce the final judgment to $4,823, exclusive of costs and attorneys fees.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
