Opinion

Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he was struck by defendant’s automobile truck. Order granting defendant’s motion for a change of venue from Orange county to Kings county for the convenience of witnesses affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
