Opinion

Action to recover for the reasonable value of bookkeeping services rendered by plaintiff to defendant. Judgment in favor of plaintiff reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the determination of the trial court is against the weight of the evidence.
