Upon Motion this day made unto this Court, by the Complainants Council in this Cause for An Injunction to Stay the Defendants Proceedings at Law And hearing the Ojections made thereto, and what could be Sayd by the Council on both Sides; It is Ordered That Upon the Complainants Swearing to the Truth of the Allegations of theire Bill and Confessing Judgement for the Summe contained in the Penalty of the Bond (Subject to the Order of this Court) A Writt of Injunction doe Issue.
