7 CALVIN JOHNSON, et 8 Defendants. 9 10 On May 2, 2025, Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 37.) 11 | Plaintiff was given notice of the motion pursuant to the requirements of Klingele v. Ejikenberry, 849 F.2d 409 (9th Cir. 1988), and Rand v. Rowland, 154 F.3d 952 (9th Cir. 13 | 1998) (ECF No. 41). To date, Plaintiff has not filed an opposition. 14 Accordingly, the Court will sua sponte grant Plaintiff one extension of time to Friday, June 27, 2025, to file an opposition to the motion for summary judgment. No 16 | further extensions of time will be granted, absent extraordinary circumstances. If Plaintiff 17 | fails to file an opposition, the motion will be submitted to the Court for decision. 18 IT IS SO ORDERED. . 19 DATED: May 28, 2025.
