Appeal by defendant Sun Oil Co. from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, entered on the verdict of a jury, in an action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff when said defendant’s truck collided with a trolley car which plaintiff was operating. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ.
