Opinion

PER CURIAM

Lonnie Snelling ("Appellant") appeals from the trial court's March 2, 2017 judgment granting Appellant's motion to set aside the judgment entered in favor of J.D. Haynes ("Respondent") and dismissing all claims against Respondent with prejudice, and the trial court's May 27, 2014 judgment dismissing Appellant's Second Amended Petition.

After review of Appellant's brief and the record on appeal, we find no error of law. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
