This Cause coming on this Day to be heard on Bill and Answer; Mr. John Rutledge Solicitor for the Complainants opened the Nature and purport of the Bill and Mr. Charles Pinckney Solicitor for the Defendant the Nature and Scope of the Answer. The Court then on hearing Counsel on both Sides did order and decree that the Bill be dismissed with Costs.
