Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have this cause on remand by the Supreme Court of the United States, 405 U.S. 172, 92 S.Ct. 848, 31 L.Ed.2d 122 for proceedings as may be had in conformity with the judgment of that Court.

This Court’s affirmation of conviction must stand reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings as directed.
