¶ 1 This matter came before the Fort Peck Appellate Court on a notice of appeal filed on September 12, 2016. After review of the issues raised in the appeal, this Court GRANTS review and ORDERS that the lower court’s order issued on August [445]*44526, 2016 by stayed until such time as an opinion is issued by this Court.
