The Court

made the following order:

And now to wit, this 11th day of December, A. D. 1899, upon the motion of the counsel of the complainant, and after hearing the counsel of the respective parties, it is ordered and adjudged that the said J. Albert Oliver, a witness on behalf of the complainant, do answer before the said Commissioner, Baldwin Springer, •the following questions marked a, b, c, d, e,/ and g, heretofore propounded to the said witness and which he then refused to answer.
