ORDER GRANTING MOTION AND DISMISSING APPEAL This is an appeal from a district court order denying a motion to dismiss. Respondents have filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction, appellants have opposed the motion, and respondents have filed a reply. Cause appearing, the motion is granted.
