Opinion
This is the companion case to Walker, et al. v. Natchitoches Levee and Drainage District, et al., 386 So.2d 709 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1980), decided by us this day.
For the reasons assigned therein, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings with instructions that plaintiffs be given the opportunity to cure any defect by amendment. Costs of this appeal are taxed to defendant-appellee.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
