Opinion
We affirm the order of the Sarasota County Circuit Court denying defendants’ motion to dismiss or transfer venue. In this suit on a secured promissory note payable in Sarasota County involving foreclosure of security located in Sarasota County, venue was proper in that county. See sections 47.011 and 47.051, Florida Statutes (1983).
