Opinion

DE HAVEN, J.

Appeal from an order refusing to dissolve a preliminary injunction. The complaint states facts sufficient to justify the issuance of the injunction sought to be dissolved, and the court did not err in its ruling upon the motion to disolve the same. Order affirmed.

We concur: Fitzgerald, J.; McFarland, J.
