ON MANDATE FROM THE SUPREME COURT

PER CURIAM.

In light of the Supreme Court’s mandate in this case, see General Builders Corp. of Fort Lauderdale v. Sisk, 461 So.2d 104 (Fla.1984), which quashed our prior opinion reported at 438 So.2d 65, we affirm the summary final judgment of August 7, 1981.
