Government contract; settlement under the Lucas Act.

On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that the Keconstruction Finance Corporation, as successor to Defense Supplies Corporation, is directed to settle plaintiff’s claim in the amount of $18,000.
