Opinion

Per Curiam.

We affirm on the authority of Codling v. Paglia (32 N Y 2d 330) decided today. We find no error in the jury findings of the prerequisites to support liability in the record in this case. The order of the Appellate Division is affirmed.

Chief Judge Fuld and Judges Burke, Breitel, Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones and Wachtler concur in Per Curiam opinion.

Order affirmed, with costs.
