Opinion

293 So.2d 178 (1974)

Dan Columbus SIMON
v.
JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISH SCHOOL BOARD.

No. 54604.

Supreme Court of Louisiana.

April 19, 1974.

Writ denied. There is no merit in the three assignments of error.

BARHAM, J., concurs. However, some of the findings of the Court of Appeal will not in my opinion uphold the board's dismissal of relator. There appear to be other grounds where the factual findings of the board will support their action.
