Opinion
We affirm the conviction for possession of cannabis with intent to sell, in violation of section 893.13(1)(a), Florida Statutes. We reverse the conviction for simple possession of cannabis under Paccione v. State, 698 So.2d 252 (Fla.1997) and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
