Opinion

In an action for a judgment declaring the rights of the parties in and to certain policies of life insurance, the appeal is from a judgment declaring that appellant was not the owner or assignee of the policies and making other directions with respect thereto. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent Herbert L. Simms. No opinion. Present—Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ.
