Silvey v. State
36 S.E. 608, 111 Ga. 849, 1900 Ga. LEXIS 820
Opinion
The evidence, at best, only tended to raise a suspicion of the guilt of the defendant, and was not sufficient to support a conviction' of the offense with which he -was charged. The court erred in overruling the motion for a new trial. Judgment reversed.
