Supreme Court of Georgia·Decided July 9, 1900·Published·Cited by 2 cases

Opinion

Little, J.

The evidence, at best, only tended to raise a suspicion of the guilt of the defendant, and was not sufficient to support a conviction' of the offense with which he -was charged. The court erred in overruling the motion for a new trial. Judgment reversed.

All the Justices concurring.
