PER CURIAM:

David Thomas Silvers, Sr., appeals the district court’s orders denying relief on his civil complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accord *183 ingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Silvers v. Iredell Cty. DSS, No. 5:15-cv-00083-RLV-DCK (W.D.N.C. Feb. 3, 2016 & Apr. 15, 2016). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the' decisional process.
