— In an action to recover damages for abusive discharge, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Burehell, J.), entered September 29, 1981, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint. Order affirmed, with costs (see Murphy v American Home Prods., 58 NY2d 293). Damiani, J. P., Gulotta, O’Connor and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
