Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon the State’s proper confession of error, we reverse defendant’s sentence in circuit court case number 96-4062 and remand to the trial court with directions to correct the adjudication order consistent with section 810.02(4)(b), Florida Statute (1995). We find no merit in defendant’s remaining points on appeal and affirm his sentence in all other respects.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part; remanded with directions.
