ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On July 21, 2014, we issued an Order for Status Report directing the parties to submit a status report on “the situation that is the basis of this proceeding within thirty days of the date of this Order.” Further, we stated that if neither party filed a status report, the appeal would be dismissed.

Neither party filed a status report within thirty days of our July 2014 order, Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed.
