Opinion

PER CURIAM:

After careful review of the record and the parties’ briefs, and with the benefit of oral argument, this Court finds no reversible error in the district court’s October 6, 2015 order denying Appellant Joseph P. Dougherty’s request for costs and attorney’s fees or in the district court’s April 19, 2016 order denying Appellant Dough-erty’s motion for reconsideration. Accordingly, we affirm both of the district court’s orders.

AFFIRMED.
