Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the response filed by the State acknowledging that reversal is necessary, we reverse the trial court’s summary denial of appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief and remand for an evidentiary hearing or attachment of portions of the record refuting appellant’s claims.
