OPINION OF THE COURT

Order affirmed, with costs. We agree, and for the reasons stated by the Appellate Division, that there is not sufficient evidence on the record considered as a whole to support the determination of the State Human Rights Appeal Board that respondent discriminated against complainant because of her national origin in violation of the Human Rights Law.

Concur: Chief Judge Cooke and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler, Fuchsberg and Meyer.
