Eequisition of vessel.
In accordance with an offer of plaintiff to compromise, which was accepted by defendant, and a stipulation filed by [728]*728the parties, and upon a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $295,700.
