Opinion

Order unanimously modified by striking out item 10(c) and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. As the documents mentioned in 25(e) and 25(f) are to be produced pursuant to the provisions of section 296 of the Civil Practice Act, the extent to which they may be resorted to shall be determined upon the examination by Special Term. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice. Present — Peek, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Callahan and Van Voorhis, JJ.
