In an action by plaintiffs for partition on the ground that they hold certain real property as tenants in common with defendant, the appeal is is from an order denying a motion for judgment on the pleadings. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Ho opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
