Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of mandamus, but withhold issuance of the writ. We are confident that the trial court will rule forthwith on Petitioner’s pending motion for post-conviction relief filed in September 1997.

STONE, C.J., STEVENSON and SHAHOOD, JJ., concur.
