JUDGMENT
Shayla Shantel Hartifield, Appellant Appeal from the County Court at Law of Bowie County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 21M- No. 06-23-00071-CR v. 1887-CCL). Opinion delivered by Justice Rambin, Chief Justice Stevens and Justice The State of Texas, Appellee van Cleef participating.
As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find no error in the judgment of the court below. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. We note that the appellant, Shayla Shantel Hartifield, has adequately indicated her inability to pay costs of appeal. Therefore, we waive payment of costs.
