Opinion

PER CURIAM

Movant Rodney Shaw appeals from the judgment of the motion court denying his Mo. R. Crim. P. 24.035 post-conviction relief motion. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, and we find the motion court made no clear error. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this decision.

We affirm the judgment pursuant to Mo. R. Civ. P. 84.16(b)(2).
