MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Chief Justice Burns, Justice Pedersen, III, and Justice Goldstein Opinion by Chief Justice Burns
Before the Court is the parties’ joint motion to set aside the trial court’s
judgment and remand the case to the trial court. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate
Procedure 42.1(a)(2)(B), we grant the motion and, without regard to the merits, set
aside the trial court’s April 21, 2023 judgment and remand the case to the trial court
for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ agreement. See TEX. R.
APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).
